To create a user account, you must provide:

Use for personalization and pedagogical improvements
Our goal is to provide current and future visitors to the Quantumleap.report Site with the best educational experience possible. By submitting or distributing your User Posts, you hereby grant Quantumleap.report and Members (as defined below) a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, assignable, sublicensable, paid-in-full, free of charge and license. Royalties, permanent, irrevocable, to host, transfer, display, perform, reproduce, modify, distribute, redistribute, re-license and otherwise use, make available, and exploit your User Posts, in whole or in part, in any form and in any media format and through any media channel (known or subsequently developed).

COPYRIGHT LAW OF THE DIGITAL ERA
Copyright owners who believe their material has been infringed on the Quantumleap.report Site should contact quantumleap.report’s designated copyright at Quantumleap.report@protonmail.com

Neither Quantumleap.report nor any of the Quantumleap.report Participants endorse any User Post or opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein.
However, Quantumleap.report reserves the right to review User Posts and exercise, at its discretion, edit or delete, in whole or in part, any User Post at any time and for any reason or allow Quantumleap.report Participants to do so do. Notwithstanding the foregoing, upon receiving notification from a user or content owner that a User Post allegedly does not comply with these Terms of Service, Quantumleap.report may investigate the allegation and determine in its sole discretion whether to withdraw the User Post. which reserves the right to do at any time and without prior notice.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT QUANTUMLEAP.REPORT SHALL NEVER BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, WHETHER ACTUAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (THE USE OF, OR YOUR USE) USE BY THIRD PARTIES) OR INABILITY TO USE THE QUANTUMLEAP.REPORT SITE, OR YOUR PLACEMENT OF THE SITE CONTENT, OR YOUR RELIANCE ON THE INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE QUANTUMLEAP.REPORT SITE, WHETHER YOUR CLAIM IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, LAW STATUTORY, OR OTHER TYPE.
IN PARTICULAR, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUANTUMLEAP.REPORT SHALL NEVER HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR INCIDENTAL, NON-FORESEEABLE, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. OTHER EDX PARTICIPANTS HAVE OR NOT BEEN NEGLIGENT OR OTHERWISE GUILTY (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DEFAMATION CLAIMS, ERRORS, LOST PROFIT, LOSS OF DATA, OR INTERRUPTION IN DATA AVAILABILITY).
SOME STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

COMPENSATION
You agree to defend, hold harmless and indemnify Quantumleap.report and Quantumleap.report Participants and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officials, students, members, members of the governing body, agents, and employees against any claim, action, or demand of third parties. Arising from or otherwise related to your use of the Quantumleap.report Site, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), legal actions, lawsuits, litigation costs, and attorney’s fees of any type and nature. In such event, Quantumleap.report will provide you with written notice of such claim, demand, or action.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
Termination rights; interruption of courses and content.
You agree that Quantumleap.report, in its sole discretion, may terminate your use of the Quantumleap.report Site or your participation in it, for any reason or no reason, upon notice to you. It is Quantumleap.report’s policy to terminate, where appropriate, the accounts of users of the Quantumleap.report Site who repeatedly infringe on copyrights. Quantumleap.report and Quantumleap.report users reserve the right, at any time and in their sole discretion, to cancel, delay, reschedule or modify the format of any course offered through Quantumleap.report or to stop providing part or all of the content. Of the Quantumleap.report Site or related services, you agree that neither Quantumleap.report nor any of the Quantumleap.report users will be liable to you for such action. If you no longer wish to participate in the Quantumleap.report Site, You can cancel your subscription at any time. The rights granted to you hereunder will terminate upon termination of your right to use the Quantumleap.report Site. Still, the other provisions of the Agreements will remain in effect after such termination.

Indivisible contract
The Agreements constitute the indivisible agreement between you and Quantumleap.report regarding your use of the Quantumleap.report Site and supersede any prior agreements between you and Quantumleap.report regarding your use of the Quantumleap.report Site.

Waiver and indivisibility
The failure of Quantumleap.report to exercise or enforce a right or provision of the Agreements will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Suppose a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any of the provisions of the Agreements is invalid. In that case, the parties agree that the court must endeavor to enforce the intentions of the parties as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Agreements will remain in full force.

Choice of appropriate law/forum
You agree that the Agreements and any claim or dispute arising out of or related to them or any content or services obtained through the Quantumleap.report Site will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, excluding its provisions on conflicts of laws.
You agree to the personal jurisdiction of the courts over you for this purpose, and you waive and agree not to make any objection to such proceedings in those courts (including any defense or objection due to lack of jurisdiction or venue or lack of jurisdiction).
